We've restored power to over 71,000 customers impacted by Storm Lilian.

Storm Lilian – An update from Andy Bilclough, our Director of Field Operations.

“Our teams have continued to make really good progress, working throughout the night to support our customers and reconnect a further 2,000 who were impacted by Storm Lilian. Since the storm, we’ve restored power to over 71,000 customers and are doing everything we can to get those remaining 600 connected again. Due to the nature of the damage that Storm Lilian brought, some of the faults are taking longer than anticipated to locate and fix. But we won’t stop working until every single customer is back on. Our customer support teams are on the ground supporting those who are still without power and we thank them for their patience. We’re incredibly proud of our teams for doing everything they can for our customers, in some very challenging conditions.”
